Program Associate, Grantmaking and Capacity Building
Keyanna is a creative seasoned administrative professional with a background in nonprofit development. Previously, she has worked part time with the Ultimate Reentry Opportunity Initiative (URO) and the Center for Transformative Action (CTA) as a Program Coordinator, where she supported a program dedicated to supporting incarcerated individuals’ re-entry to the community. Prior to Keyanna’s work with CTA, she partnered with Delaware Financial Literacy Institute! Keyanna started there as a Program Assistant, eventually working her way up to Program Director. Keyanna managed their signature program, was responsible for securing funding, grant writing, and building relationships with the board and funders. She looks forward to beginning a new chapter at Ms. and growing her knowledge and experience in the field of philanthropy.
