The Activist Collaboration & Care Fund (ACCF) was launched in 2020 to support collaboration and care within social justice movements led by and for women and gender-expansive people.
In response to the evolving needs of movement leaders, ACCF prioritizes long-term sustainability and resilience of movements for gender justice and does so through focusing on three core areas:
- Collaborative Infrastructure: Supporting multi-organization collaboratives and movement leaders to strategize, plan, and sustain coordinated action for broader impact.
- Relationship Building: Fostering trust and connection through formal and informal spaces for collaboration and peer learning between movement building organizations.
- Collective Care and Healing: Strengthening movements by resourcing accessible spaces and practices for collective healing, grief processing, and conflict transformation for organization leaders.
Grants are designed to invest in the collaborative infrastructure and collective care practices that enable organizations to build power together, navigate challenges, and sustain their work over time.
The Activist Care & Collaboration Fund is an invitation-only grantmaking portfolio.
