This year’s theme, “Celebrating Our Collective P.O.W.E.R.” stands for the work we do Providing Opportunities, Wins, Equity, and Relationships to strengthen feminist movements.
The event will highlight Ms. Foundation’s essential work by honoring an inspiring, powerful group of grantee partners and leaders who are driving change across politics, media, and healthcare, and developing the next generation of activists.
In the face of what can feel like insurmountable odds, we know that Collective P.O.W.E.R is the answer to how we achieve true gender and racial equity.
This year’s honorees include singer, actress and philanthropist, Lynda Carter, grantee partners Jeannette Pai-Espinosa, President of Justice + Joy National Collaborative, and Jenice Fountain, Executive Director of Yellowhammer Fund, leadership collective #WinWithBlackWomen, and actress and advocate, Alaqua Cox.
The Women of Vision Awards is Ms. Foundation’s largest annual fundraising event, honoring visionary leaders working for gender and racial equity. Past honorees include Culture House, LaTosha Brown, Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex, Bozoma Saint John, Congresswoman Maxine Waters, Amanda Nguyen, dream hampton, Ava DuVernay, journalist and editor Elaine Welteroth, and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.s and staff, special guests performers and celebrity presenters will come together in support of the Ms. Foundation’s mission to build women’s collective power in the U.S., and advance equity and justice for all.
