Ms. Speaks Out: The Future of Feminism

September 20, 2023

Center for Brooklyn History

In honor of our respective 50th anniversaries, last week we co-hosted an event at the Center for Brooklyn History with Ms. Magazine on the future of feminism. Ms. Foundation Director of Innovative Grantmaking and Research Shawnda Chapman joined journalist Irin Carmon and Joanne Smith, executive director and founder of grantee partner Girls for Gender Equity. Jennifer Weiss-Wolf, who leads partnerships and strategy at Ms. magazine and serves as executive director of NYU Law’s Birnbaum Women’s Leadership Center, moderated.

If you missed the conversation, you can watch a recording of it on YouTube!
