Alaya Gaddy (she/her) is the Grants Administrator at the Ms. Foundation for Women. She has a background in arts and education and has always had a passion for helping others and serving her community. Before moving to New York, she worked in grants management for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration in Maryland, where she helped organizations with administrative and financial assistance. As she continues her career, she hopes to continue effecting positive change.
