Somos Familia works to build acceptance and inclusion in Latine/x families and communities so that people of diverse genders and sexual orientations can thrive. Founded by mothers who struggled to find Spanish-language resources and culturally-relevant support when their children came out as LGBTIQ+, Somos Familia was created to transform cultural stigmas within our families and community that affect the health and well-being of LGBTIQ+ Latine/x people.
