Love Your Journey was founded by two Black Latina girls and their mothers in New York City in 2023, with the vision of providing incredible experiences for mothers and their children, including gender expansive and trans-identified, by allowing them to explore the world while building strong and transformative relationships. This grant will support programs for Black, Indigenous, and Migrant youths and their mothers.
