Kristina supports operations efforts at the Ms. Foundation to ensure a welcoming, efficient, and productive work environment where staff thrive.

In the past she has worked as a freelance translator and as Program Documentarian for Summer Youth Connect, an innovative summer program run by the Mayor's Office in Portland, Oregon. She holds a B.A. in Sociology from Reed College where she studied the intersections of race, class, and gender.
